How to block Words with spaces

Okay, for example, i want to block the word willy,
people can still say w illy, w i l l y, but on habbo, it blocks it when it does that
How can i make it so it does that x]

Also, how can i implement safe chat x] (so people can only say words from the safechat file x] )

In my opinion, everyone be asking for staff, and the word filter is pathetic at blocking out like S333X and all that, without adding them all manually, and alot of hotels people go on just ask about other hotels to each other and stuff. Retro's are about the community, yeah, but using a retro to find other people who play a different retro, thats not gonna work.
