How to edit Navigator String and Friends border?

I want to edit the color of the navigator string and friends border, i try it but dont' work.
I use HabboUi Editor to edit my swf file.

Ps. I have a r63A Server.

I try all files inside swf, but I can't find these parts.
Who knows the way to change color friends border without that returns as before.
And who knows the file where we can edit navigator string?
