How to get outgoing headers and structures?

Hello RaGEZONE.
I need help getting outgoing heads and structures really bad, I really need the Marketplace Stats headers and structure for BcStorm. I found the incoming ones, but I really need the outgoing ones. Is there any guides or something for getting outgoing headers and structures? I see a lot of stuff about AS3 Sorcerer, but I don't have money for it, and can't find any cracks or free versions. Any help would be appreciated.
