How to I edit my footer and logo like this?

I like the look I don't want to edit it mine the same I want a different img. but the logo is transparent to? how do I do this?

Find the image that is used for the logo? Right click it -> copy url and from there you can read the folder structure and find out where the logo is located.

To make images transparant you have to use some kind of image manipulation program like Photoshop or Gimp.
