How to make habbo using IIS ?

hello , can someone help me because I have search it on the tut section but nothing I found about how to make habbo with IIS .. anyone ? thank for the reply..

1>) Using your server manager add the role IIS
2>) Download Web platform installer
3>)Using web platfrom installer -> Download the following :
i.)PHP 5
ii.)MySql Server Express 2008
iii.)IIS 7 - Recommend Configuration
Now Click install and choose a pass for ur MYSQL
4>)Now delete everything in the folder wwwroot/
5>) Place ur cms and configure it and run ur emu u are done
