Sorry, but there is no way to modify Phoenix to Release 63 New Encryption (R63B). Phoenix was written ONLY for R63A and thus, cannot be modified without rewriting the entire thing. If you want a R63B emulator, I would recommend Plus emulator.

Pets? Those would be something you would add through your database and SWFs for your catalog. You wouldn't need to edit your Habbo.swf for it, and animals would work on both encryptions.
