How to stop bots [RevCMS]

Hi

How can you stop those bots who are spamming? For some reason they still manage to get the roomid and spam everywhere..

What I tried
- set a maximum of 2 accounts off an IP
- block the command :roomid
- remove in the texts the url/room/id

Still not fixed, how to stop them?

Hiding the roomid seems a bit unnecessary, try adding captcha to your register so that bots can not register automaticly

why is it unnecessary? I've looked @ quacksters spambot and you needed the roomid, so I tried to hide it..
