How to use Leensters Habbo UI Edit?

Hey everyone.
So I want to customize my RolePlay server SWF's of which I decided to download Leensters UI editor program. So I opened the program and found my r63 file and opened the habbo.swf as said in the tutorial.

How do I go about understanding this? Where can I delete navigation things etc? Change colours and modify the features I want to such as removing friend stream, loads more etc?
