HTTP-fout 404.0 - Not Found | IIS 7.5

Hi everyone!

I have a issue with IIS 7.5 (not the first time) and I really can't resolve it. It appears to be because of the file because when I use a different file it appears to function well?

With the index.php I used from this tutorial: Screenshot by Lightshot
Without the index.php file (my own file): Screenshot by Lightshot

Could it be because of this error I had in the beginning of the tutorial: Screenshot by Lightshot

I would check that you have imported the .htaccess file into your url rewrite in IIS
