I'm looking for former navigator for azure

He want the old Navigator from Azure 1.0 working in Azure 2.0

That's not possible:
1. The structure in the Emulator (in the voids) changed.
2. The new habbo releases and azure habbo release doesn't have anymore old navigator.
In azure 1.0 you can deactivate new navigator because azure 1.0 habbo's release have that option.
