But these eyes seem to close very fast, like 1 min approx. Is there a way to change this to 3 to 5 minutes? Since you get kicked out of the room after like 3 minutes

Go to your database, look for the table "server_settings" click on "Edit" or "Wijzig" look for idlesleep change the value to whatever you want, you can also change idlekick to prevent the fast kicks.
