You definitely have both 'PHP for IIS' and 'URL Rewrite' installed on your IIS server, right?

Which CMS are you using? And which skin, if applicable
Revcms with a habbo theme. It worked fine on my other vps but i switched to a dedicated server and now it's acting up.
Sadly it's hard to tell what is causing it due to the vague error. Have you tried completely rebuilding the dedicated machine perhaps and starting over? I know it's a big task but it would be the best way to ensure that there's definitely no conflicting files or any misconfigured software.
I will try that now.

Good thing, i fixed the error.
I'm beyond on pissed because of the problem of this. It was because of my password in the revcms config!
The password i had for my db had a invalid character for a password ig. -____-
From what I understand, you can't access your MySQL database now because you have lost the password? If so: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/...rmissions.html
