Yes, i deleted .htaccess

and i still get this, how do i get rid of it so i can go to my hotel, and same with everyone else when i open it?

Read the errors, check the logs and google for everything else. AFAIK this is Habbo support forums. Not server/IIS/MySQL support forums.

My suggestion is to just reinstall your PHP and make it right. I also see that FastCGI is missing... So what i would do is just reinstall the whole thing... And select CGI and installation choises.
