IIS issue. Take a look please and thanks

I keep having this error and I am not sure how to fix. Not a fan of IIS but its slightly better than xampp. So I am going to use it. If anyone knows a fix I would appreciate it :)

Easy to fix, either your configuration is wrong, or your class.users.php you played with, that's the only problem I had even though I make Retro's for people! <3

I've set up like 100 retros... The config is right, and the class.users.php is fine. It's something to do with IIS. It works fine if I switch it over to xampp, but I want to use IIS.

What is your VPS, Windows 2003? or 2008 (r2)? because if it's any of them, then 2003, has problems, you can't download IIS 7.5, and R2, meaning what Marceline has said ^, Or you have mistaken somewhere that you probably forgotten about, Firewall blocking IIS? or reset your IIS?, Maybe try a different version of your IIS, either 7.5 (if you don't have) Sorry I kinda don't understand the problem,

I use windows 2008. I have no clue what is wrong with it. Why would firewall cause that error?

Firewall caused that error for me last time, but yeah, it's probably not that for you, have you got EVERYTHING you need for a retro, in case you might have forgotten?

I have everything I think. But i am not experienced with IIS on retros. Would you be willing to look at it over tv?

In IIS manager go to "Default Document" and add index.php to the list

It wont allow me to do that... It's bein a douche. I am gonna have to get someone who knows how to use IIS to uninstall it and reinstall it all for me. Or use xampp and secure it.
