Illumina CMS help

When I got into my hotel's client
I get this error:

LightCMS MySQLi Engine ErrorTable '(username).user_tickets' doesn't exist

anyone want to help me on this?
if this works then I can start running my
hotel and advise it (Unless one more error
come up again)

The table 'user_tickets' doesn't exist, so you have to create it.
