Is revcms client method still working?

Hey guys!

So I wanted to create a server to remember the old days, found a one year old tutorial on youtube and start preparing everything.

After checking the official habbo page I found out that the web build number I was looking for my client wasn't there...

I start looking on the web for fix's but I can't find anything. I had phoniex emu set to go but without client I can't do anything.

If this is outdated what cms and emu do you guys recommend?
