Issue while installing GoldFish CMS

Hello,
Was in the process of installing this CMS and everything was fine and dandy. I installed composer, ran it and did everything along with making the path direct towards public folder in IIS settings. I went through the installation process via web page on CMS setup. Currently I have everything set as local host. However, after the installation steps which I followed, an error pops up on the /login page! It would be appreciate if anyone could help. Using Goldfish with Arcturus.
