Ive ported my oldschool server[Need help]

Well as the title says ive ported my server and ive a loader but its in spanish/english but i'm dutch so ive ported the server online and if i run the client it gives an error connecting to server when i try to register and the status flashed as hell.... so i retried to portforward i use no-ip the duc program and it still gives the fu error :/ well i tried alot even recreating the loader so if anny1 has a clue on how to fix pls i would appreciate it alot since i want to have an oldschool server :( i cant create a latest version off it :(

it keeps loading while logged in + keeps saying that the server is offline while it is running :(

well its so when i run my server it says nothing then if i go to the client its debbo 3.5 so oldschool and when i klick the old button to open the popup client it keeps loading for hours and if it is loaded i try to login then it keeps loading again and then it turns grey and gives the error connecting to server error :/ well i tried everything

a link please ive allways used debbo so idk wy this is happening is it becoz the loaders aint working annymore? becoz i get my loaders here
