    Re: Just switched over!

Your webserver has nothing to do with your database.
Download phpmyadmin and try importing that way. The error isnt just "unsuccessful", you can't read the error.

I believe you can't import because your new database is set to strict though. Is this the case?

If you can't handle this you should stick with xampp or get some help.

I appropriate the answer to my help!,

I have fixed this issue 3 minutes after posting this thread by setting none strict mode in my MySQL my.ini.
In future do not reply to peoples help requests like this your setting a bad example for yourself this is suppose to be a help request but instead you give something negative by saying "Stick with xampp " this is not the way to go.

That was just a little brotip, if you think IIS is affects the database and get problems with it your should really stick with xampp.

That's just rude, a little "thank you" would've been enough. If you act like that against those who help you, no one is going to help you, ever.

I actually did, "You should stick with xampp" was just a random tip thrown in at the bottom of the post.
    Come again?
I can assure you, calling the ones helping you inappropriate assholes won't get you far.

Watch out guys, if you help this guy you seem to be an inappropriate asshole!

    Re: Just switched over!

Use this query in your database:
    Code:
    SET @@global.sql_mode ='';
Then restart your mysql and try again to import your database.

Sorry for bumping, but I had to reply. Didn't see this until now in some weird way.
Mr Kyle, I am truly sorry for helping you.
If you had read my answer to your question though, you would've seen that I actually told you what the problem was and how to fix it...
Instead of calling me stupid for fixing your problem, a thank you would've been enough.

Stop topic grave digging old threads, idiot. I've just recently got back into Habbo after being out of it for 1 year and a half and to be quite honest I didn't miss anything new so I'm going to go back out of it cause I have a life. So stop being a total fool. Thank you. Also you did tell what the problem was but not exactly how to fix it AND you told me to use xampp after in my second comment I said that I fixed it but you seemed to carry on with the subject. So I finally might want to add that you have serious issues with Anger, and you should have a check up at a clinical psychologist office or get advice online.

I see you edited your response and it's kind of you to thank me.
I didn't mean to be rude, what I meant was that if you run into too much problems with IIS, you should stick with xampp. If you run a hotel, would you rather use IIS and go down because of some problem and lose money, or stay with xampp and easily fix the problem and stay up? Then xampp may be better for you in the short run.
Also, I am sorry for not posting the exact instructions to solve the problem, but I was on my phone and I thought you could just google it up.

Also, I'm not grave digging, I just looked through the help section to give some help since I were bored and came across this thread. I thought it was awful that you, after I helped you, got mad at me. It's like helping someone change their tires on the car, and after get "fuck you for taking too long time to change my tires, gtfo".

Enjoy your life. I have a life too, I promise. I've also got a moral, and helping people out feels good to me. So, sometimes when I get extra-bored on a workshift or something, I try doing something that's making me feel good.

    thx, bye
    /thread
