Kepler Help

Hi,

I am trying to run Kepler on my VPS using IIS and I am getting this error https://prnt.sc/s4c7zn. I tried following Quackster's tutorial on how to install Shockwave on his website. I am using Pale Moon 32 bit, Shockwave version 2.3.4.204 and I have tried using 11.6 and I am still having this issue. I am also using Quackster's v14 DCRs and v14 loader page that he has released. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.
