I have looked all over the database and i can not seem to find where to change the limited edition rare in the catalogue!

That should be easy, Go into catalog_pages the search the limited edition page then find it's Page ID after you've done that go into catalog_items and filter > page_id > put in the limited edition page id and it will bring up the rares that are in there.
like Receiver said, just go onto catalog_items, search for ' limited edition' and then find the page ID and swap the Furni ID parent ID to the Page ID
