Since it seems to be self-coded, all I can suggest is use Habbo's imaging? Either way; unless you code it from scratch, you'll be using Habbo's avatar imaging. You can do this by either directly using the imaging, or creating a code in PHP which makes it look like it's generating from your website (IE: http://yoursite.com/imager/generate....n=HD-101-R-155 bla, bla, bla)

I'm guessing that you want to create a fansite for a retro? If that's the case, the owner must create it himself, so fansites can fetch the looks of an user.
