Looking for Good CMS

I'm looking for a good CMS that has no exploits or little as possible... but the main thing that it needs to have is:
- New Habbo Index + Register
- New Promos (news on me page)
- Working Housekeeping...

I've already used HabboPHP and there's a exploit somewhere in it because out of the blue only my users table gets wiped

Try RevCMS. Lewis released a habbo theme with the promo news slider.
The index and register is easy to change.
Also the housekeeping provided with the theme is very useful.
