Your best bet for Phoenix is to buy a license really, that way you have the best source of updates.
Cracked ones tend to get halted to stop the cracked ones from working.

Phoenix comes with the database, so don't worry about that.
CMS is best to go with RevCMS into a better one comes along.

You should buy a Phoenix License and use RevCMS or UberCMS compatible with PhoenixDB.
