Looking for someone that had 1500-2000 online at phoenix 3.11.0

Hi,
first i know that Phoenix 3.11.0, is quit unstable.
Can reach 700/800 online users without any issues,
but then it gets cpu overloaded.

I have an auto restart that restart phoenix automaticly if this happends.

But i seen other hotels with phoenix 3.11.0, that had upto 1800 online.

So can someone help me with a few tips to do this?
