Mass DC [Help]

Hello Everyone,

I am using AKllX Plus edit on my hotel, and i have a problem... Sometimes everyone in the hotel DC and sometimes they being frozen. And some people dc and other don't. Most of the time it don't give any errors on the emu when they DC. Btw I am using a silverwave DB and I've added the missing column to the Catalog_Items table. Please could anyone help me out? :)

Can it be that i haven't download something?, haven't added/edited something? or could it be the proxy?
