Your thread lacks detail and the image isn't working, but I'm guessing you've got Phoenix Emulator and RevCMS.

Be sure that you've fully configured your CMS' config.php file found in app/management/config.php,
Be sure that you've fully configured your Emulator's config.conf file located in your emulator folder,
Be sure that you've fully configured your Variables found in r63/external_variables.txt,

If you've done these, try opening the client, clicking f12 and going over to 'Console', if there are any red lines, those are errors that could potentially be blocking the client connecting, you need to resolve those errors.

If you're hosting from your PC, make sure you portforward.
