My housekeeping doesn't work RECVMS / iis

Hi i first was using xampp everything was working good but now i wanted to host 2 hotels on my vps so i needed iis and now i am on iis everything is ok but housekeeping doesn't work i have the hk files but the hk page doesn't open!

can someone pls help me you can post it here or add me on skype if you can help:

install helicon ape and bam you've got a working housekeeping.
