My PhoenixEmu does not receive connections

Hello there,
So, I have finally got my VPS, and made my Habbo Retro.
I used RevCMS Edit by LewisLol
And for the Emu, I used PhoenixEmu 3.11.0
And for the SWFs, just a random R63A pack..

Ok, when when I change the external_texts ip addresses to locahost and the config.php in the revcms to localhost too, I can connect to the Emulator and join the client only from the VPS..

When I change the external_texts to my external IP address, and my config.php aswell in the revcms, I can't connect to the emulator from the vps nor outside it.

Some people told me to change the "127.0.0.1" in my configuration file in my emulator for the TCP and MUS

When I do that, I get this error on my emulator when I start it..


I tried typing 54.88.234.106;127.0.0.1 in the config file for my emulator and it didn't work aswell

Please help

Same problem with Gold Tree Emulator, I have Windows Firewall disabled..

Did you open the ports? If not then that's the only issue here.
If you didn't open them head to the server manager>configuration>firewall>inbound rules (Or simply find your way to Firewall somehow),
Click the add button on the right and use the wizard to open ports 30000 and 30001 for TCP and UDP.

Hello Michael, I already told you that I have firewall off, and I don't have to open ports since this is a VPS.
Is this necessary?

I have Windows Firewall enabled..

My apologies if you said you have firewall off somewhere I didn't read it but,
if you have your firewall on the system off i'd recommend keeping it on for security reasons.
A VPS does although require for people to open ports in the system firewall manually by taking the steps I had said in a previous comment.
Not getting connections when it's not on localhost and the opposite when it is on localhost is always a matter of either
A: A port not being opened that must be opened
B: Something wrong in the configuration
C: An swf issue, or,
D:An issue in your client.php causing it to not connect to the right IP or port. (30000)
