My quickregister is bugged

Hello guys I'm using the lavvoCMS and my quickregister is bugged. for like 40% of people the first and second page of register doesnt load.

I dont know why but it just doesnt load. How can I fix it? or maybe someone have good register page compatible with phoenix?
