    When i click start on mySQL it won't work an xampp (windows server 2012)

    Anything blocking port 3306 (Default MySQL port)?? Have you opened the port? Firewall off?

    Go to start menu -> Right Click Computer -> Manage Computer -> Services -> Find MySQL -> Right Click -> Start.
