I wont be using Epichost. I need something that can hold 500-1000 players. I have the traffic that can get me it as soln as i go live. I've looked around on google but would rather have an answer from someone that has already done this before. I know I'm looking for a dmca ignoring vps or domain.

No company will ignore DMCA unless they're Russia (?) or some country that doesn't have copyright laws. I know for a fact Germany is much more strict than USA and UK put together with copyright, however.
Off-Topic (Because of a certain "I need something that can hold 500-1000 players"): We host many retros on our VPSes and they've proven to handle over hundreds of players without issues, depending on the specs you buy. Although for that amount of players, you might even need to look into a dedicated machine rather than a VPS.

Almost any country you can file a DMCA, but there is so many that either will not enforce, or simply do not have the copyright laws.
Short answer is no one outside of the US has to comply to a DMCA, but it would also not be wise to ignore all of them. Being that most of Europe has their own copyright law's, they can argue that the DMCA can also be upheld under the same law's in court.
tldr; get a host in Sweden. Only country I personally know of that does not regularly enforce a DMCA unless you are a person of power.

Dont expect any large scale member's for a good while. It would be better for you to start off at some low-scale, cheap provider and you will save mucho money. Also if you do get DMCA'd, your not wasting some 200$ VPS, but rather at 15-30.

I have the traffic and a facebook fanpage with 85K real likes, the page is dedicated to Habbo retros and I used a niche that got 7K clicks a day.
Then you'll want to invest in a dedicated machine - no VPS will be stable with such traffic to those requirements.
He know's his crap @Terrum - with that amount of player's he can surely by an any-day VPS and be able to run. I reccommend going to VPS-Land. They have good VPS's fr.. and for real cheap.
VPS-land is reliable and dosen't give a shit about notices? I know I can generatea high value. Where can i buy dedicated machines?
