Need FILES for Habbo Retro

Hello guys I'm planning to make a Habbo Retro again but with the latest files does anyone here has the latest files like recent habbo

Files I need No Exploit:

A Nice CMS/Theme (Like Boon)
Clean DATABASE
PLUS EMU (Has Latest Production like Habbo 2016)
Latest SWFS (Latest Furni, Clothing)

If someone can help me Find those files would be really appreciated!!

If you would actually actively follow this forums, you would find it all by yourself. Laziness is the key to 2week-existing failing hotels.
Your loss though.
Use @Twan 's latest production version of plus, use the db and swfs provided too.
For CMS I would recommend Illumina CMS, although seen your lack of motivation, I'd stick with RevCMS.

I'm not judging if you're a starter in the retro scene, everyone starts somewhere, just don't change credits in ;about, or the CMS footer.
