Need help ASAP, Mercury Emulator Groups

The other day I created a group and found a bug, the bug was as follows,

If I am in the room that the group is in and click manage, as long as I'm on the manage dialog, everyone else that is in the room can see manage and edit the group but when I close the manage dialog no one will be able to see the manage button, its only when I open it and other people are in the room. Even if the users are not apart of the group it will display manage for them when I click manage.

Please can someone tell me where the code for displaying the "Group Homeroom" box in a room is as I'm pretty certain if I know where that code is I can edit the code to only display the manage button to group admins+.

Help will be appreciated as I have tried so much things to fix it but with no luck. This is the last bug/exploit in my hotel and I want it fixed ASAP!
