I'd suggest Phoenix Emulator with RevCMS, it's the most stable & noob-friendly that is released at the moment.

I asked him for $10 for paying my bills with Methol, and I even told him that the money was not necessary, though I would really need it if he could help, then, after few hours of work to give him a good hotel, he blocked me on Skype, and all. I still have the Sql, but I'm not going to do nothing, I'm not that kind of guy. Though it hurt because I got not even a thank you note or something, just asking about how to use everything. And I even though his internet really went off, though besides his last activity was 6 minutes ago, he quit right after he said that he would donate me some cash.
It was unpleasent working with him.
