Need help setting up VPS [Paid]

I bought a VPS and I installed IIS 8 [Windows Server 2012] And I'm trying to set up a CMS [Rev CMS / Uber CMS] With Swift Emulator, however IIS is extreemly confusing, Already have PHP installed, mysql, webmatrix, etc etc... I just need someone to help me get it up and running, I bought a Visa giftcard, and I don't have a paypal, I will buy you a domain, [Using a 99 cent coupon, Includes .com, .net, .org, .biz] or like hosting or something.
