After i Installed IIS And put my cms in the root folder and after i complete the conifg php and try to go on Localhost btw my Vps ip It says Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

In IIS under PHP manager turn on development mode under error reporting which will show you the real error not the generic 503 error
