Please could someone help me with my cms... it looks ugly i got no idea how to edit this please help would be nice thanks..

Go to:
App -> Tpl -> Skins

Then put your downloaded Theme into there. Then go back to htdocs, and go to:
App -> Management -> config.php
Open that and change the style bit too:
$_CONFIG['template']['style'] = 'THE NAME OF THE FOLDER YOU PASTED EARLIER';

e.g.
$_CONFIG['template']['style'] = 'Habbo';
