Need help with config

Trying to get my hotel to run from another folder - not the root domain "www.site.web/hotel" (not real link). Here is my config file: (what am I doing wrong here?)

I'm getting a 404 error. Note: The XXX means it has been correctly filled out, I'd just rather not share my personal information with this forum, sorry.
