Needing help with no-ip.biz

Okay basically I've got an r63 phoneix hotel. Its running on hamachi at the moment, but now i want to make it public and safe. Although i wanna make it public i dont want my ip to show, so no-ip.biz is the way im trying to head to.
well where do i start, basically I registered to no-ip.biz and made my own host fast-hotel.no-ip.biz
when i use my ip and I go on the website, it suddenly pops up saying 'Username and password needed'
What username? Is there any other alternatives? is it because theres security on my ip? or is no-ip.biz not good?
