No connections to the EMU Phoenix 3.11

Im using Phoenix EMU 3.11 and still can't get it working.
Im not receiving any connections from the EMULATOR. I dont even receive any errors from it. It remains at it is.

- My swfs are set up correctly, the client loads and goes to the hotel view.
- My config file for both web and emu is correct.
- my firewall inbound rules have been set.

I did even try to turn off the firewall and allow all inbound and outbound connections, still the same problem...

Try that. Also, check your client.php make sure you added your server IP/Proxy IP.

Try: canyouseeme.org and enter your game port in there. If it says it cannot see the application running then you haven't set up the firewall rules correctly.
Are you sure that the client configuration is correct? (External Variables + client.php) ?
