No figure in room BCStorm

When i go into a room i only see the following :


Also when i talk and press send i do not see the message, but i i click on the exit i go back to the main screen, what must i do ( i checked all the variables but don't see anything wrong )

I think this is a problem with the SWFS, So I would get the latest SWFS for that revision.

Downloaded different habbo.swf's from the forum but with all i don't see the figure :(

This happened to me before and when I set FavoriteGroup in the users table to 0 (the default) and then I could see myself again, but it could be another thing that also does this. Hope that helped.
