No one cms (R63) is working, help please!

Hello,

i have an problem, i try to set up an R63 hotel.
But, no one cms (Revcms, Ubercms, Wiredcms etc.) works correctly, the layout shows not up.
Its only text fields etc... look like this:



What can i do? i running on Xampp 1.8.0.

This doesnt works...its the same as before update the webbuild...

I have, see one problem, i have ubercms 2.0 and the js files missing/invalid, how can i fix?

I have installed QuickTPL, it looks great, but the housekeeping is not working, and the client show nog up by clicking enter hotel butten

i have now a working cms (DeltaCMS), but my client goes not higher then the loading status of 100%
