@OP i can't point you in any direction of a old school hotel as most of them are unstable, unpredictable, not 24/7, poor management, you get the point. You're best bet for a old school retro would be to go download debbo v3 (any other version is unstable) or bloodline v2 and start up a hotel. Im sure a lot of the dedicated habbo players would love to see a working, properly ran old school retro. Good luck :)

Woodpecker v3 is stable can hold over 3k Users.
If you don't want to used WoodPecker v3 then i suggest using Bloodline v3, Its Ok.. But has a couple of bugs with certain stuff. I wouldn't plan on hosting this server with a VPS As it crashes on a certain amount of time it's been online.

If your wanting to go on a v18 Retro then go to BlabbersHotel - kickin' it old skool
It's only 24/7 And if its offline it will land you straight to maintenance page. Also the owner has very poor management with editing the basic values of the hotel & Staff Management. So not alot of people are online at certain time.
The Best v18 would be HabboDavinci ~ 2007-2013 © It's spanish but it's the Best Hotel Around. Check it out.
No offence, but if I could get a working old school server and have a pretty good team, I can make a better hotel then both of them.
Try Debbo V4 beta or Jabbo. Also with runtime errors, try running as administrator. It fixes things sometimes.
Debbo 4 is unstable also. Ive used Debbo 4 and I don't suggest using it.

Your better off using Woodpecker v3, any other old school server is garbage to use in this day and age. they are vb6 servers, so that alone speaks clear volume. Either get with the times or forget about running an old school.

Woodpecker is much better than all of them, it's coded in C# by Nilus, bassed on Project Thor, it use a My SQL Database and the basic things are very good coded. It could be unstable at first, but remember that is Open Source and you can modify to make it much better in all senses, not all the people test only the Emulators like you.
I doubt that you can make a Hotel much better than HabboDavinci, my Hotel is very famous because of his age (started in 2007 and always open) and our passion for the old RELEASES of Habbo Hotel. Is true that right now is paralyzed (is working but without people) because i need to work hard with the studies to finish the course very good, but Near & me started a good project for HabboDavinci in February and i think all will be ready in June at lastest.
Making the best hotel for v18 is the hardest thing to do, With the competition of HabboDavinci. Remeber no one will use old school as the layout is old and a little tatty, Though if you know how to edit CCT's then you might have a chance.
