Opening a new retro

Hi,

I am not new to this community, so please don't be fooled by my join date, I lost access to my old one.

I am looking to open a hotel - I have enough funding for a domain and proxy, so I need someone who can own a hotel with me.
Only requirement would be having enough funding for a VPS.
I am not looking for someone with experience with coding etc, since I can do all that, I simply want someone to manage the hotel and have enough funding for a VPS.
