Looking into the software, it claims that a different forum has said that the program does not function with Habbo anymore (if you're planning to use it with Habbo). Can you explain what you plan to use it for or if it's even going to be Habbo related?
The application still works for the original hotel(s), I've currently stopped development, although the source has been pushed to my GitHub for the public to use/continue it's development. You need to manually mod the client by by replacing the clients default RSA keys with these:

I won't explain how to mod your client with these custom RSA keys, I'm sure there are plenty of people here that know how to do that though.
