Phoenix 3.11.0 EMU (Own license server)

Alright, I just made a license server. When I try to execute the EMU, it says "Proxy Detected, Cannot connect to Otaku to verify license details" Can someone help me? It also says that my firewall is preventing Phoenix from starting. I will also provide a screenie. Screenshot by Lightshot

It gives me an error, it loads "Loading roles..Failed to boot, key not found"

I am trying to make phoenix licence and in CMD when i type "net start named" it says failed from logon error, help?

I fixed that bro^, for me the problem was that it had two accounts. Does yours have? Cause I have 3 VPS' it only worked on the one with one account. If you want I can help with it.
