Phoenix 3.11 Connection Dropped

Hey guys,

So here is what I get:

Secure connections is set to 0
I can login completely fine, but no external users can.
Emu Accepts, Dissconnects, Accepts, Dissconnects then redirects to /me.

I'm sure it's something simple for you gurus :)

Please help.
This is a fresh install using Sheenieboy's source.
