Phoenix 3.8.1 - Commands.ini problem

Hello, I have a problem. When I start my "phoenix 3.8.1 emulator" this error appears



It says that my commands.ini is not for b.4.7 so I tried to change to a commands.ini for version b4.7 and it didn't help. So I tried with another commands.ini from b4.9 version and it didn't work either. The emulator Is an b4.9 phoenix 3.8.1 so it is pretty weird that it doesn't work.

I'm not sure why you would use 3.8.1 when there's 3.11 with whole source released :)
