Phoenix 3.8.1: Userinfo (Modtool) -> Crash

I haven't got much time, so I used Google Translator. I hope you can understand what my problem is.

Hey guys,
after nearly a year off, I'm back :)
Same time ordered a server, the old data, ie reCMS and Phoenix 3.8.1 draufgehauen.
Works just fine, but there are a few blemishes.
One of them is that one which exists when using the UserInfo function in Modtool
is, crashes, the error log is unfortunately nothing useful available:

22.01.2014 20:16:52: Error: System.InvalidCastException: Die angegebene Umwandlung ist ung?ltig.
   bei ns0.Class112.method_18(UInt32 uint_0)
   bei ns0.Class143.imethod_0(Class16 class16_0, Class18 class18_0)
   bei ns0.Class16.method_13(Byte[]& byte_0)

I had a few years ago a similar problem with the Phoenix 3.1 emulator, this could
then resolved in a SQL query. This has come unfortunately lost me.
Can you help me someone with this problem?

In addition, the command works "sit" properly. Once a user this command
in use, it will not be visible. This is not the point;)
Does anyone have an idea on this?


Ps The SWF are error-free, these were then used in MyMabbo which completely at the end

I edited the Phoenix 3.8.1 emulator and I've got no time to change this in 3.11.0, too.
-> I have to use 3.8.1...
